Arbor Care

Where tree and plant health meet precision.

Trees bring an aesthetic value to all properties as foundational plantings to highlight your home or business, as focal points to draw interest, or to add balance to your property. Trees that become infected with either disease, invasive insects or environmental stresses can often be saved if addressed early. Many of our hardwoods in the region are 80-100 years old, if not older. These trees are sentinels of our landscape and can’t simply be replaced. They are prized possessions, that take, in some cases, well over a century to grow to the size they are today.

Tree Care/Plant Health Care:

Insect Invasion

Invasive insects can cause serious, often irreversible damage to your trees and landscape. These pests feed on leaves, bark, and roots—weakening plant health, spreading disease, and in some cases, killing mature trees entirely.

Fungus

Fungal diseases are among the most common—and damaging—threats to tree health. From root rot and cankers to leaf spot and powdery mildew, fungi can silently invade and weaken your trees over time.

Strengthen your trees with proper care now so they are more able to withstand environment threats over time.

Pathogens

Fungi, bacteria, and viruses pose a serious threat to the health of your trees and plants. These microscopic invaders often go unnoticed until visible symptoms like wilting, leaf spots, dieback, or rot begin to appear.

Deficiencies

Just like people, trees need a balanced supply of nutrients to grow strong and stay healthy. When essential elements like nitrogen, iron, magnesium, or potassium are lacking in the soil, trees can suffer from nutrient deficiencies that weaken their vitality over time.

Construction

Construction can be detrimental to the root system of the tree, its structural integrity, and its overall health and vitality. We can consult on tree protection during renovation and construction to safeguard the trees during times of distress.

With the onset of invasive species becoming ever more present there are ways to mitigate their damage and, in many cases, preserve that tree and the beauty it provides. Arbor Turf Solutions has the training and experience to treat and protect a wide range of trees, from ornamental to hardwoods, deciduous to evergreen.
